Way Back When-esday!

Soon I will be posting pictures from our recent vacation to Hilton Head. Every year while on the beach, I try my hardest to get a great "beach" picture of the kids. You can only guess how well that endeavor goes! Anyway, I wanted to post a couple of those pictures from our first trip for your enjoyment!!

Young Chef's Academy

We had Olivia's birthday party with her friends at Young Chef's Academy. The kids were able to make and decorate cupcakes while having a great time hanging out together.

After her friends all went home, we had the family party at our house. She wanted a Luau themed party so we all dressed up in our Hawaiian outfits! She had a great party despite the rainy weather and had fun playing with her cousins.

Happy 5th Birthday Olivia!

My baby is 5 years old! Wow, how the time has gone by so fast. She had a great birthday going to Monkey Joe's with some friends to bounce all morning. In the afternoon we made strawberry cupcakes and for dinner we went to Don Pablo's with her grandparents. Here are a few pictures from the day.

I couldn't leave out pictures of Reese and Will eating their dessert! You better believe they are going to get every last drop of ice cream.

Family Pictures

We recently had our pictures taken with Greg's family for his parents' 40th wedding anniversary. The pictures turned out nice and I love that I finally have a family picture with Greg and the kids! Here are just a few of the pictures from the day.

4th of July fun

The kids and I had a good time with some 4th of July activities that I found around town.  The first one was a drop in craft at our local library.  There were tables set up with supplies to make a fun star to carry around.  They had a good time making it and carried it around for a couple of days before it eventually ended up in the trash! (shhh - don't tell!)

A visit to Conner Prairie proved to be even more fun than the library.  We danced to patriotic songs, ate a great snack, made a super cool hat and pinwheel, danced some more and played a bunch of fun games.

Finally, we watched our towns 4th of July parade. This year was similar to last year with the cooler temps and off and on rain.  The kids still had a great time - esp. Olivia. She was on a mission to collect as much candy as she possibly could!
