Splash Park Fun

Will really had no use for the water!  He was happy walking around and playing with grass!

For the second week now, we have braved the splash park.  It is funny to me how different the kids are when it comes to the water.  Olivia is a water bug.  She loves the pool, ocean, sprinklers, slip n' slides, splash park, really anything with water.  Reese is pretty much the same way.  Well, with the exception of sprinklers (flying water) and the ocean.  She could spend hours in the baby pool - with her favorite activity of putting her face in the water and drinking it. Then you have Will.  He is a little more cautious, taking a long time to warm up to the water. Now mind you, he LOVES the bath.  But when it comes to any other water activity, it takes him a long time and several experiences before he decides that it is OK.  Take today for example. He was the only one who didn't get wet.  He decided that he wanted to climb up and down on the bench over and over again, walk in the grass, and pick up trash.   Oh well, there's always next week!
